Not only the students love the unexpected Holidays, we do also. As a teacher who goes to school from Monday to Friday and a Saturday class as a student in graduate studies, a holiday because of stormy day is one hell of a breather!
As a teacher, I went home prepared for the next day's class, pero konting ulan lang...I silently pray ..sana walang pasok bukas..para makapagpahinga naman sa mga makukulit na estudyante...hahaha! Surely if my students would know what i am thinking, hmmm...maybe they would tease me!And aside from teasing, what else they would have in mind? I hope it's not like what i'm thinking with my professors in grad. studies.
Dahil walang pasok, I have the liberty to surf the internet,connect and have a little chit chat with my friends na hindi apektado ng brown-out, watching interesting videos in you tube and of course my favorite hobby..reading romance pocketbooks!!! Living the way I always wanted...being care free..not the strict,prim and proper High School teacher!
